One place, many ways to live it

The farm welcomes those who come for an afternoon and those who come to turn a date into a memory. Everything starts with a WhatsApp conversation.

Stories at every step

Guided visit

The tour covers the European-style manor, the giant water wheel preserved in the cellar (six metres tall, once fed by a stone aqueduct carrying spring water) and the bricks stamped with Ulisses Perrenoud's "U". Along the way: the family's story, coffee in the Paraíba Valley, the legend of the garden fountain, and the restoration that brought it all back.

The visit ends the way every good countryside visit should: with fresh-brewed coffee, cornmeal cake and paçoca from the region.

Celebrations

Weddings, ceremonies and festivals

A 19th-century manor among imperial palms, mountains on one side and open pasture on the other: the setting already does half the decorating. The farm hosts weddings, ceremonies, festivals and retreats, from intimate gatherings to full-weekend celebrations.

The team plans the structure with you: dates, vendors, guest lodging and the logistics of the rural access.

Immersions

Retreats and immersive seasons

Mountain silence, a waterfall and just the right distance from the city make the farm a natural ground for music, art, wellness and training retreats. Groups find space here to sleep, cook, practise and celebrate, at the countryside's own pace.

The farm is also growing an ecosystem of immersive experiences and community, open to partners who want to hold their gatherings here.

Location

Photo and film

The manor's singular architecture and the Valley's light have already served TV and film productions, photo shoots and advertising. The property offers a rare variety of sets within a short radius: historic halls, ruins with real patina, pasture, forest and water.

Production crews get local logistics support, and the farm quotes by shooting day.

Nature

What the land gives

Waterfall in the forest at Fazenda Neuchatel
Waterfall, river and trails inside the property. Reaching the house means crossing the river itself.
Lychee harvest at Fazenda Neuchatel
Lychee, banana, mango, coffee: the farm's orchard keeps producing all year round.
Freshly picked coffee cherries at Fazenda Neuchatel
Coffee, cornmeal and paçoca: the farm keeps alive the flavours that built the region.

Between one chapter and the next, life goes on: horses and mules graze before the house, birds set the soundtrack and the Atlantic Forest frames it all.
